Upon Leo Messi’s arrival at Inter Miami, his son Thiago joined the club’s Under-12 team and made his debut this Thursday. Mateo has also started training at the club’s academy.

Leo Messi and his family appear to have fully settled down in Miami, embracing the city as their new home. A significant factor behind Leo’s decision to ink a deal with Inter Miami was ensuring the comfort and well-being of his family. The soccer star opted for a tranquil setting enriched with Hispanic roots where they could maintain their privacy as much as possible.

Embracing this conducive environment, Messi is enjoying what is likely to be the final chapter of his illustrious career, while at the same time his children are taking their first steps in the football world, and also with Inter Miami.

Thiago Messi makes his debut

Not long after relocating to the southeast of the United States, Thiago Messi joined the training sessions with the Inter Miami U-12 team. The initial phase was about fostering camaraderie with his teammates and adapting to the club’s dynamic. And this Thursday Thiago officially made his debut, in a friendly match against the youngsters from Weston F.C.

And it was pure delight in the Messi household with Thiago not only marking his debut but also celebrating a victory.

Mateo Messi starts training

Adding to the family milestones, Mateo, the second-born Messi kid, was spotted in a photograph, showcasing his skills alongside other aspiring players in the Florida club’s youth brigade. This integration marks the active involvement of three out of the five Messi family members in the Inter Miami establishment. Messi’s wife Antonela Roccuzzo isn’t playing the beautiful game with David Beckham’s soccer franchise and while the youngest of the brood, four-year-old Ciro aspires to follow in the footsteps of his older siblings he will have to show a little more patience, needing to wait another two years to meet the age criterion for enrollment in a soccer academy as dictated by the current regulations
